Must be 21+ years old
Must be willing to live permanently in the province
Must have a minimum networth of 6,00,000 CAD
Must give a minimum investment of 1,50,000 CAD
Must have a minimum experience of 3+ years of managing a business and must take 33 percent of ownership or must have 5+ years of experience in senior management Must score atleast point of 5 in all the four sections (writing, reading, listening, and speaking) of English eligibility test
